Home is important. But so is leaving it. Making the time to take walks in green spaces and escape busy city lives helps you to feel more relaxed and reduce feelings of stress. Just taking time for yourself will give you a chance to reboot, problem solve and find clarity. As you are walking, this will also bring all the benefits of looking after your physical health too.

So… now you’re sold on the idea of visiting green spaces around London, which ones are within walking distance from you?
