  • What is co-living?

    Co Living at Gravity is all about taking the stress out of living and building meaningful and lasting communities. We proudly centre our communities around personal wellbeing, meaningful engagements and professional growth. We provide the ideal balance of featureful private spaces and thoughtfully designed communal areas for you to enjoy. We believe with this balance of spaces, services and tailored activities, unique empowering and creative vibes are formed, helping you and all our members unleashing their true potential.

  • Is co-living for me?

    Co living at Gravity is designed for all. With a range of properties opening from small boutiques to larger expansive communities we offer the perfect mix for seasoned co livers or newbies. Our private spaces also vary to either increase or decrease the levels of privacy you wish to maintain, making your Gravity co living experience tailored to your needs.

  • What is included in my room?

    All rooms come with utilities all included, fully furnished with storage, desk, chair, bedding and towels. We also offer customization packages to help you feel at home without the need to worry about transportation, set up and move out worries. A full list can be found on the room options specific to the location you are interested in.

  • What is included in the communal spaces?

    Our specially designed communal spaces vary depending on which Gravity home you live in. They are all fully furnished, equipped and maintained to the highest standards. From yoga mats and gym equipment to salt, pepper and chopping boards.

  • What is included in the price?

    Life can be stressful but living at Gravity is easy. The monthly price includes your rent, all bills and utilities, regular room cleaning, a tailored selection of freemium services and events, discounted access to our network of partner services, products and events, 24/7 support & security and connection to our every growing global Gravity community.

  • How many rooms are in the building?

    This depends on which building you are enquiring about. On our location tab at the top of the page you can find information regarding each of our properties. You can also contact us directly for any additional information you need regarding the property in question.

  • What room types do you have?

    Gravity is a growing co living brand and we will have available a mixture of 1 bed and studio apartments to shared cluster apartments consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. It is also possible to have the whole 2, 3 or 4 bed apartments to yourself, with friends or work colleagues, contact us directly to find out more.

  • What activities do Gravity offer?

    Our activities and events are varied and tailored to the communities we currently have within each property. But they are always selected around our key community pillars, personal and group wellbeing, meaningful engagement and professional growth. Examples can be found on our home page.

  • How is rent paid?

    Rent is paid at the start of each month via direct debit. The process is monitored by our HQ and all invoices sent via email or collected from the front of house.

  • Can I customize my room?

    This will be your home and to help you feel this way from day one we offer customisation packages. These vary from additional and soft furnishings to tech packages. Through our partnerships we can offer a wide variety of products at the best prices so always check with us what's on offer.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    We hope that our members will never need to cancel but in life we understand that circumstances can always change. Any membership at Gravity is as flexible as it gets. However should you need to leave us on very short notice, we are here to help find the best solution.

  • What is the minimum length stay?

    This depends on the location of interest. The length of stay usually starts from 1 months upwards. But if you are interested in a shorter stay get in touch, we are very flexible and will do all we can to create a customised contract for your needs.

  • I am not in the city how can I view the room?

    No problem, we can either upload a video tour of the room/s available or take you through during a live call and answer any questions that you may have. As we continue to work on our platform we will soon have full walk through models live on our website.

  • How much is the deposit?

    We will charge a holding fee but this varies for each city and membership, this will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order.

  • I am relocating for work; can my company receive the invoices and pay?

    Yes, that is no problem, we work directly with several businesses to make relocating as easy as possible for their employees. Please provide us with your companies details and we will arrange everything, so you don't have to.

  • Is there security?

    All our properties have CCTV and front of house staff. We also offer 24/7 support to all our members for all situation. At Gravity we are always here to help and put your wellbeing and safety first.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, not at this stage. We love animals but due to potential allergy issues with other members we cannot accept them in our buildings.

  • Can I have friends over?

    Friends and family are always welcome into Gravity, just make sure they're signed in and out at reception. If they would like to stay the night and we have rooms available, they can benefit from friends & family discounted pricing.

  • Do you have extra storage?

    We have some extra storage on site and we work with storage partners for larger items. Let us know your needs and we will work out the best way to store your belongings at the best possible rates.

  • Do you accept couples?

    Yes of course! We accept couples but the prices are slightly different due to extra utility usage, please get in touch and we can talk you through everything.

  • Are you hiring?

    Gravity are always looking for fresh talent covering a variety of roles in a variety of countries. Whether this would be a full or part time, internships or live in positions, contact us below and we will be in touch.
