  • What are you doing about COVID-19?

    We are doing everything we can to keep our space COVID-free and maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The shared spaces are still open, however with strict protocol – in line with Government advice. Our onsite cleaners continue to sanitise the communal spaces daily and our community manager is available 24/7 via our app to help and deal with all requests.

  • What is Co-Living?

    Co-living at Gravity is all about taking the stress out of living and building meaningful and lasting communities. We proudly centre our communities around personal wellbeing, meaningful engagements and professional growth. We provide the ideal balance of featureful private spaces and thoughtfully designed communal areas for you to enjoy. We believe with this balance of spaces, services and tailored activities, unique empowering and creative vibes are formed, helping you and all our members unleashing their true potential.

  • Who is Co-Living for?

    Co-living at Gravity is designed for all. With a range of properties opening from small boutiques to larger expansive communities, we offer the perfect mix for seasoned co-livers or newbies. Our private spaces also vary to either increase or decrease the levels of privacy you wish to maintain, making your Gravity co-living experience tailored to your needs.

  • Can I work from home?

    Of course! Our spaces are designed for young working professionals. Each building has a private work space or access to a communal working area. It's not just about the facilities though – we have designed our spaces and tailored our community for you to be more productive, develop an unstoppable network and grow professionally.

  • Where are the Gravity buildings?

    We currently have four properties, but we are always growing. We select our locations to minimise commutes to the core business hubs across London. Gravity Finsbury Park - 161 Queen's Dr, Finsbury Park, London N4 2AR / Gravity Camden Lock - 2 Torbay Ln, Camden Town, London NW1 8HW / Gravity Camden Town - 31 Kentish Town Rd, Camden Town, London NW1 8NL / Gravity West Court - 15-21 Staines Rd, Hounslow TW3 3HR

  • What is included in my room?

    All rooms at our Camden and Finsbury Park properties are fully furnished with a private bathroom, towels and bedding. The furnished studios at our West Court property have an optional towel and bedding subscription service or can be purchased for a one-off fee on move-in if members choose not to bring their own. Each of our properties is different. You can see a full list of what your room will include on the location pages.

  • What types of shared spaces do you have in your buildings?

    Our specially designed communal spaces vary depending on which Gravity home you live in. Some buildings have shared gyms, co-working areas, gardens, balconies, lounges, kitchens, dining rooms and event spaces.

  • What is included in my all-inclusive monthly bill?

    The monthly price includes your rent, utilities, regular cleaning of the communal areas, community events, access to amenities, discounts to our network of partner services and 24/7 support & security.

  • What room types do you have?

    We are inclusive of all stages of the renting lifecycle. We have a mixture of rooms, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. You can choose to rent a room or an entire apartment – it's up to you.

  • What activities does Gravity offer?

    Our events and activities are varied and tailored to the community within each property, but they are always selected around our key community pillars, personal and group wellbeing, meaningful engagement and professional growth. Like a HIIT class on a Wednesday, networking session on a Friday and cocktail making on a Saturday.

  • How is rent paid?

    Rent is paid at the start of each month via direct debit or our Utrust cryptocurrency payment method. The process is monitored by our HQ and all invoices sent via email.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    We hope that our members will never need to cancel, but we understand that circumstances can change. Any membership at Gravity is as flexible as it gets. Should you need to leave us on very short notice, we are here to help find the best solution.

  • What is the minimum length stay?

    The length of stay usually starts from 3 months upwards. However, please get in touch if you are interested in a shorter stay – we are very flexible and will do all we can to create a customised contract that suits your needs.

  • Can I have a virtual viewing?

    Absolutely! Besides viewing our photos and 3D tours of each property, you can also book a live video tour with one of our community managers.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Our deposits vary depending on location, length of stay and income level. Please get in touch for a full breakdown of the refundable deposit.

  • I am relocating for work – can my company receive the invoices and pay?

    Yes, we work directly with several businesses to make relocating as easy as possible for their employees. Please provide us with your company's details and we will arrange everything, so you don't have to.

  • Is there security?

    All our properties have CCTV, safes and key-only access to different areas of the building. We also offer 24/7 security support to all our members.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Sometimes! We have to review whether it is possible depending on the size of the pet and the building, apartment or room booked.

  • Can I have friends over?

    Friends and family are always welcome into Gravity. Some of our buildings require guests to sign in and out at reception, others do not require so. If you have guests who would like to stay the night and we have rooms available, they can benefit from our friends & family discounted pricing.

  • Do you have extra storage?

    We have some extra storage on-site and we work with storage partners for larger items. Let us know your needs and we will work out the best way to store your belongings at the best possible rates.

  • Do you accept couples?

    Yes, of course! We accept couples but the prices are slightly different due to extra utility usage. Please get in touch and we can talk you through everything.

  • Are you hiring?
