These are unprecedented times for us all. The pandemic has affected thousands of people around the world, from our livelihoods, wellbeing & even mundane daily tasks. Although Gravity may not be able to help everyone across the globe, we are doing all we can for our members & will continue to support them through every challenge they face now & in the future.
Below you will find our commitments and measurements taken to keep Gravity a happy place. We will continue to monitor and review all steps taken to ensure the saftey of everyone at Gravity.
Virtual Viewings - All bookings for viewings can now be done virtually via a video call with one of our friendly community managers. They'll tell you everything you need to know.
High Hygiene Standards – We offer cleaning to all members and during COVID we have increased our hygiene measures across communal areas.
Contact Free Support – Our management team is always available to help whether its maintenance, cleaning, wellbeing, advice or just a catch-up! If you are a new member during COVID, introduce yourself to other members on the Gravity app or at one of our online events.
Proactive & Transparent Communication - Our team will keep you informed on any changes when they happen.
Mental Wellbeing – On the Gravity app you get access to 24/7 wellbeing support services and regular online events for connection with other members throughout the week.
Physical Wellbeing – During COVID-19 we organise online physical wellbeing events such as Yoga and Calisthenics.
Flexibility – In the uncertainty of what lies ahead, many people may not be comfortable signing long leases. We offer flexible contracts so members can have peace of mind and know they are free to leave with just 1-month notice.
All-inclusive – With a million thoughts and worries to deal with, our members can relax knowing that their monthly fee covers it all. We take the stress, so you don’t have to!
Shared Spaces Have Strict Protocols - All shared spaces remain open unless advised otherwise by the Government. To check what shared spaces are open in your building, speak to one of our community managers.
Although these are hard times for us all, we believe that the community created by our members at Gravity has put us in a very strong position to overcome COVID-19 and bring a new found strength and bound that will help our community grow further in the weeks, months & years to follow. Whilst at home during this lockdown, we are proud of our members & wish to thank them for the continued support & the positivity they have always shown.
