Gravity Referral Programme
Refer a friend to Gravity Co-Living and you could earn up to £200!
Do you know someone who is looking for a new place to live and would enjoy the Gravity experience?
If the answer is 'yes', then not only do we want to hear from you, but you could also earn up to £200 simply by referring someone you know.
Here's how it works:
You might know that at Gravity we're very flexible with our contracts, so you can stay for as long as you need to.
When you refer someone to us, the amount of time they stay with us determines the amount you could earn. This is how we break it down:
- 3-5 months > earn £100
- 6-9 months > earn £150
- 10-12 months > earn £200
But wait, the options we give you do not stop there. With the above amounts, you can choose one of the following options:
- You can pass on the full amount to the person being referred and they will save it on their final months' rent
- You can split the amount 50/50, so that you get to keep 50% and the person being referred saves the remaining 50% off their final month’s rent
- You can earn the full amount and keep it as your personal commission
To redeem, all you have to do is ask the person you are referring to complete an online application for their chosen Gravity Co-Living property through the Apply now button. On the form, where you see the 'Do you have a discount/referral code?' field, ensure the person you are referring enters the code 'REF + your first & last name'.
For example, if you are the referrer and your name is 'John Doe', the person you are referring must enter 'REFJOHNDOE' in the 'Do you have a discount/referral code?' field.
Finally, as the referrer, you will then need to send an email to bookings@gravitycoliving.com and tell us:
- The name of the person you are referring
- How long they are staying for
- Which property they would like to move into
- Your full name and how you heard about the referral programme
- The chosen breakdown of how the amount i.e. are you keeping 100%, splitting 50/50 or passing the full amount to the person you are referring as a saving on their first months' rent.
Now for the terms:
- Any payment (whether it is 50% or 100%) made to the person referring will only be paid in the last month of the referred stay
- Any saving that is passed to the person being referred will be deducted from their last month’s rent only
- Offer is subject to availability at our properties and is subject to the person being referred passing necessary reference checks
- Referral offer valid until 31st December 2022
